New York City Schools Closed / NYC DOE closes schools

Well this is the first time4 in years that the New York City Department of Education NYC DOE has closed schools. According to the reports blamed snow and wind for the decision. New York City wasn’t the only major city in the Northeast to close on Monday. Philadelphia and Boston also closed their public schools.Areas of the tri-state could see more than one foot of snow.
